How You Get Paid
Platform Fee
Hunt My Land charges a $10 non-refundable platform fee per booking to cover payment processing, insurance, and platform maintenance.
Your Earnings
You receive 100% of the property rental amount minus the $10 platform fee. Set your own rates and maximize your income.
Payment Timing
Payments are processed 2-4 business days after the reservation is completed. Funds are transferred directly to your account via Stripe.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring secure, reliable transactions. Track all payouts in your dashboard.
Example: If you charge $200/day and a customer books for 3 days, you'll earn $590 ($600 rental - $10 platform fee), paid 2-4 days after the trip is completed.
